What services does BnBird offer?

BnBird takes the work out of renting your home or apartment. We list and manage your place on top property rental sites including Airbnb, Housetrip, FlipKey, Holiday Lettings, Homeaway and VRBO. We manage price optimization, bookings and calendar, key exchange, cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and guest communication before, during and after each reservation.

How much does BnBird cost?

BnBird offers homeowners two different ways to earn income from their homes:

Online Management means homeowners pay a fee of 10% of their rental income for BnBird’s online management services, which include online marketing and advertising,  social media campaigns, calendar synchronization, homeowner’s dashboard, etc.
Premium Management gives homeowners a worry-free solution, with all the online management services plus the complete booking management and guest handling. For this service, BnBird takes a 25% commission, with no hidden taxes or extra-fees and roughly 10% less than most of our competitors.

Is my property safe?

BnBird does a rigorous check of your property and document every detail, to ensure that everything is exactly how you left it.
We also make sure that all guests are verified with the booking channel and have positive reviews. If a guest doesn’t have enough reviews, we will do a careful interview to ensure the safety of your property. The guests will also have to provide a security deposit in case of damage.
This does not apply to our Online Management service package, since you are the one responsible for your property and for receiving the payment from your guests.

We currently operate in the Lisbon area, including Cascais, Estoril, Sintra, Ericeira and Costa da Caparica.
